As TD Apprentice, I worked under the mentorship of a four-person technical direction team. In addition to assisting with various projects for the four primary operas of the season, I also worked as the Technical Director for the new children's opera Rumpelstiltskin and the Unlovable Children.
For this production, I budgeted the entirety of the build labor and scenery with a $10,000 scenic budget, drafted nearly all scenic units, oversaw the build with a 5-person carpentry team, and planned and oversaw the initial load-in.
Additionally, I assisted in creating archival paperwork for the entire season.
